Static, edge-delivered builds for service businesses across Chhattisgarh
β Positioning note
This is not a from-scratch custom build, and that is deliberate. We engineer the infrastructure once for a vertical, then deploy it as an isolated instance with your own brand, content and entity data. You get engineering that would cost far more as a one-off, and we do not bill you to reinvent it.
SEO-first website design means building the site so that search visibility is part of the architecture rather than something added afterwards: static pages delivered from the edge, structured data describing your business as an entity, a deliberate internal link structure, and city pages that carry real local context. Shinnynos builds these for service businesses across Bhilai, Durg and Raipur, and hands over an editorial workflow that does not need a developer.
Why most local business websites fail at search
Most small business websites were bought as a design deliverable. Someone chose a theme, arranged the sections, added photos and shipped it. Nothing in that process asks what the site needs to be found β so the pages carry no structured description of the business, the internal links point wherever the template put them, and the whole thing sits on shared hosting behind a stack of plugins.
The result looks finished and performs like nothing. The business owner is told the site is "SEO-ready" because a plugin is installed, then waits a year for the traffic the plugin was supposed to produce. Meanwhile the pages that could rank β individual services, individual cities β were never built, because the template offered a single Services page and nobody argued with it.
The second failure arrives later. Adding a page means a developer, an invoice and a wait, so the site freezes at launch. Two years on, the services are out of date, the phone number in the footer is the old one, and the only content is whatever fitted into the original ten pages.
β Diagnostic patterns
What we find on the sites we replace
1. A page builder doing the rendering
Layout logic shipped to the visitor's browser, a theme with a dozen dependent plugins, and a hosting account that recomputes every page on every visit. It can be tuned a little; it cannot be made fast.
2. No machine-readable description of the business
No structured data, or a plugin emitting a generic fragment that names no services, no service area and no entity. Search engines and AI assistants are left to infer the business from prose, and they infer badly.
3. One page for every service, in every city
A single Services page trying to rank for eight different searches in three different cities. Or the opposite failure: cloned city pages with the place name swapped, which Google treats as doorway pages.
4. Content locked behind a developer
Every correction is a support ticket, so nothing gets corrected. The site stops growing the week it launches, which is exactly when it should start.
What we have built
Janta Garage β car repair, Kondagaon
No organic traffic, no reviews and no online enquiries, operating next door to a Tata Motors showroom with more than 200 reviews and five years of citation history. The build ran ten weeks in the fourth quarter of 2025: LocalBusiness and AutomotiveShop schema, NAP alignment across listings, profile verification by utility bill, dedicated service pages, and QR and NFC review capture in the workshop. Calls rose 180% year on year at the October peak and 75% in November, direction requests settled around 55 a month, and all nine tracked service keywords reached first position on a search geo-set to Kondagaon. Over six months the site drew more than 2,400 impressions at an average position of 6.8. Sources: Google Business Profile Insights and Actions, fourth quarter 2025, and Search Console, January 2026.

Shajiya Mess β student tiffin and mess serving Shanti Nagar and Smriti Nagar, Bhilai
One review and no Maps visibility in August 2025, with the business name spelled differently across listings. The engagement paired the build with profile and citation work across 62 or more sources. Search appearances rose from 75 in August 2025 to 639 in November, direction requests from 32 to 77 by December, and December call volume was up 250.5% year on year. Source: the client's own Google Business Profile Insights, August to December 2025. Full write-up: Shajiya Mess local SEO case study
Both results came from a build plus profile, listing and content work together. A website alone does not produce those numbers, and we will not claim otherwise β what the build does is make the rest of the work possible.
What is in every build
Performance as an architecture, not a plugin
Every page is pre-rendered to static HTML at compile time and distributed across Cloudflare's global edge network. There is no runtime server computation, no database lookup behind a page view, and no origin latency penalty for regional visitors. Every release is tested against fixed budgets before it ships: Largest Contentful Paint under 2.5 seconds, Interaction to Next Paint under 200 milliseconds, Cumulative Layout Shift under 0.1, and no more than 50 KB of JavaScript per page. A build that breaches any of them does not ship. The architecture is designed to land well inside those limits, but the enforced figures are the ones we commit to, and field performance still depends on the visitor's device and network.
Structured data that describes you as an entity
Each page compiles an interconnected Schema.org graph linking Organization, LocalBusiness, Service, Place, Person and WebPage nodes through stable identifiers, with your cities and service categories reconciled against Wikidata where a genuine match exists. This is what lets a search engine or an AI assistant state what your business is, what it does and where it operates, rather than guessing from paragraphs. Deeper detail: schema and structured data services.
An internal link structure that is actually decided
The site is treated as a link graph, weighted toward the pages that earn money. Every indexable page is reachable within three clicks of the homepage, and automated checks flag orphaned or unreachable pages before deployment β so the service and city pages you are paying to rank are not sitting at the bottom of a menu nothing links to.
City pages with real local grounding
Service and location pages are built where genuine local relevance exists, and each one is checked against its peers before deployment. If two regional pages are too similar, the build is blocked rather than shipped β which is the difference between local landing pages and the doorway-page pattern Google penalises.
Indexing treated as a budget
Thin pages dilute a domain. Compiled pages are assessed on prose depth, entity clarity, author attribution, evidence and structured FAQ data, and anything that fails is routed to noindex, follow and kept out of the sitemap. You end up with a smaller indexed set that is actually worth indexing.
Editing in Notion, publishing without a developer
Services, locations, articles, case studies, team profiles and FAQs live in a structured Notion workspace. Saving a change triggers a pipeline that pulls the content, runs the checks, compiles the site and deploys it. If required information is missing, the release is blocked and the current live site stays up β so an incomplete edit cannot break your website.
Launch protection
New deployments default to site-wide noindex, nofollow until they are explicitly marked ready, and automated checks scan the compiled pages for placeholder text and template artefacts. Search engines see the site once, when it is genuinely complete, rather than indexing a half-finished version first.
How a build runs
β Phase breakdown
From entity map to a site you can publish on
Phase 1
Scope and entity map
Which services deserve their own page, which cities you genuinely serve, and what the business is as an entity β name, categories, service area, credentials.
Phase 2
Identity and content architecture
Your typography, colour and interaction behaviour configured through the design system, and the page structure and internal link plan agreed before anything is written.
Phase 3
Build, content and checks
Pages built and populated, schema graph compiled, performance budgets, link-depth, similarity and quality checks run β with failures blocking release rather than being noted.
Phase 4
Launch and handover
Redirects from your old URLs, verified domain and SSL, Search Console connected, and a walkthrough of editing in Notion so your team can publish without us.

The three builds
SEO Starter Site
from βΉ75,000
One-time Β· 15β30 build hours
Home, About, up to five service pages and Contact, for one city, with schema, a Google Business Profile link and Notion editing.
For a new business, or one whose current site is broken or years out of date.
Local SEO Website
βΉ1,25,000
One-time Β· 15β30 build hours
Up to eight service pages, up to three city landing pages, blog infrastructure, the schema entity graph and performance gates.
The core build for a business serving one to three cities.
Multi-City Dominance Build
βΉ1,85,000
One-time Β· 15β30 build hours
A full service-by-city matrix across up to five cities, a content hub, author profiles, FAQ infrastructure and full GEO setup.
For established businesses and high-competition niches.
βΉ25,000 comes off any of the three when the build is commissioned together with an ongoing retainer, with the term confirmed in your proposal. Build hours describe the engineering effort, not the calendar β the schedule depends on how quickly content, photographs and access come together, and we agree it with you before starting.
If you are keeping your current website, there is a second route: we build the service, city and blog layer on your existing domain and route it in front of your current host, so you get the search surface without replacing what already works. That option is scoped in your proposal rather than priced here, because it depends on your existing hosting and DNS setup.
Ongoing work is separate and optional. Retainers start at βΉ22,000 a month, and the local SEO pillar page sets out what each tier covers.
Is this right for your business?
β Fit check
Is this right for your business?
β Yes β a strong fit
A service business with real customers and no site, or a site that cannot be made fast, cannot be edited, or does not have a page for the things you actually sell. Also a fit if you serve more than one city and have nothing to show for it in search. We do not screen on revenue.
β No β not a fit
Anyone who wants a design-led showpiece with animation as the deliverable β our builds are opinionated about structure and speed, and that constrains some visual ideas. Anyone needing e-commerce, booking systems, logins or dashboards. And anyone expecting a launch to produce enquiries on its own: a new site is the foundation, not the campaign.

Where we work
Shinnynos is based in Bhilai and builds across the BhilaiβDurgβRaipur corridor, with remote engagements elsewhere in India. City pages are only worth building where the local context is real, which is easier to get right in the corridor we work in every day.

How we do it differently
Below the decision, for the reader who wants the engineering detail.
One infrastructure, deployed as isolated instances
The stack is engineered once per vertical and deployed per client with strict data partitioning and its own visual identity. Compiled output is scanned for cross-client leakage β brand names, phone numbers, emails, domains, identifiers β so a shared codebase does not mean shared data. This is why the engineering is deeper than the price would normally buy.
Design controlled by configuration, not by hand
Typography, colour, spacing, dark mode and interaction behaviour are driven from a typed design configuration rather than edited component by component. Brand palettes are built in the OKLCH colour space so contrast holds across light and dark mode, and typography and spacing scale fluidly instead of snapping at fixed breakpoints. A distinct identity ships in hours, and changing it later does not mean revisiting hundreds of pages.
Author attribution with editorial gates
Articles link to a real Person entity with credentials, role, bio and authoritative external profiles, and can carry peer-review attribution. Content missing required author metadata cannot pass deployment. Google's quality guidance weights experience and expertise; this makes it structurally visible rather than asserted.
Assets mirrored permanently
Images are mirrored to durable object storage at compile time and stored by checksum, so identical files are never duplicated and updated files invalidate the cache correctly. The common headless-CMS failure β images silently expiring months after launch β does not happen.
Redirects compiled, not remembered
Legacy paths are compiled through a managed redirect system with loop and collision checks before deployment, within the limits our hosting platform supports. Replaced pages redirect permanently to their new destination, and pages that are genuinely gone return a deliberate "gone" response rather than a soft 404, so search engines retire them cleanly instead of re-crawling them for months. Historical backlinks keep pointing somewhere correct, which is where most migrations quietly lose their rankings.
Built for AI answer engines too
A curated /llms.txt directory maps your active services, locations and recent content for AI systems that support it, the build verifies that directory stays in step with the live pages, and major AI crawlers are allowed access. Key definitions can carry speakable annotation for voice retrieval. This improves how AI systems can read and reference you; no vendor can guarantee citation β more detail on AI search and answer engine optimization.
Search that runs in the browser
Where a site needs search, the index compiles into static files and runs client-side, returning results without a query to a backend service. No search subscription, no query quotas, one fewer dependency that can fail.
Common questions
Will a new website make me rank?
Not on its own. A build removes the technical reasons you cannot rank β slow pages, no structured data, no page for the service being searched, a link structure that buries your commercial pages. Ranking in local search then depends on your Google Business Profile, listing consistency, reviews and content, which is why the build is usually paired with ongoing work rather than sold as a cure.
Can I edit the site myself?
Yes, in Notion. Services, locations, articles, case studies, team profiles and FAQs are all edited there, and saving triggers a rebuild and deployment. There is no CMS admin panel to secure and no developer in the loop for routine changes. If a required field is left incomplete, the deployment gate blocks that release and your live site stays up.
How long does a build take?
The engineering is 15 to 30 build hours depending on tier. Calendar time depends almost entirely on content β how fast service descriptions, photographs and access arrive. We agree a schedule with you at the start rather than quoting a generic number, and we would rather hold a launch than ship placeholder pages, which the build checks will block anyway.
What happens to my existing website and URLs?
Your old paths are compiled into a redirect ledger and forwarded to the right new destination, with loop and collision checks before launch, so existing backlinks and any rankings you have are not dropped. If you would rather keep your current site, we can build the service, city and blog layer on your existing domain instead of replacing it.
Do I have to move off WordPress?
Only if WordPress is the problem. If the theme and plugin stack is what makes the site slow and unstructured, a rebuild is the honest answer and we will say so. If the existing site works and the gap is missing pages, a content and service layer on your current domain is cheaper and less disruptive. The recommendation follows the website speed and performance diagnosis, not a preference for selling builds.
